Early Morning Combat & Fitness Boot Camp
High intensity group fitness classes in several locations around Denton, TX. Classes focus on both strength training and aerobics. These classes generally run for 12 weeks straight and will take the beginner through routines and diet plans which guarantee phenomenal results. Most of these participants have been involved in prior classes for over 3+ years and are considered advanced level fitness “die-hards.” Involves kettlebells, plyometrics, and applicable combat-type moves to develop lean muscle and weight loss.

Kettlebell Strength Training
Fitness program designed for those looking to get cut and “shredded.” Utilizing Russian methodology, reps and sets these exercises will challenge your aerobic capacity and push your strength to exceptional levels. From basic pulls, swings, figure 8’s and TGU’s these movements will target areas normal weightlifting cannot access. Back strength, core, balance and faster reaction skills are the usual consequences from this class.
